eBid Information

Prepare – Research the stock

You will see that all of our vehicles are videoed and appraised, please take the time to look at the descriptions, view the video of the car so that you are well informed before bidding. Remember that vehicles are sold as seen with no warranty or guarantee, once you bid, you are committing yourself to buying the vehicle.

Before the Auction

Firstly, You need to contact Cezanne who will register your details and open an account for you. You will be required to pay a deposit of £500 at least 2 hours prior to the auction. (Auctions – Monday, Wednesday, Friday start at 6pm)

This £500 deposit will be taken off the balance of any vehicles purchased that night – or if no vehicles are purchased then the £500 will be full refunded onto your card. Please be aware that if you pay the deposit off a credit card then it is subject to a 3% surcharge (which would be non-refundable).

Withdrawing Bids

If you are the highest bidder on a vehicle – therefore, “win” a bid and you chose not to go through with the complete purchase of the vehicle – your full deposit of £500 will unfortunately be lost.
